An interactive session where participants with aches or pain receive live therapy from Master Saumik, while everyone learns practical techniques to heal and move better.

Master Saumik, founder of Real Yoga in Singapore, Indonesia and India, began his yoga journey at age five and has taught for over 20 years. Trained in functional anatomy and classical yoga traditions, he blends philosophy with Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin to create playful yet challenging classes that inspire self-discovery, growth and transformation.
