Methodology & Foundations
Understanding the thinking and research behind the MEURAKI Reflection system.
How It All Connects
The MEURAKI Reflection measures eight interconnected dimensions of well-being, distills them into four core axes, and maps the result to a unique wellness persona.
Dimensions
Areas of lived experience observed together
Axes
Core patterns that emerge from your responses
Personas
Unique wellness profiles for your current season
From observation to understanding.
From understanding to awareness.
The Eight Dimensions
Each dimension reflects an area of lived experience. They are observed together, not optimized individually.

The Four Axes
These axes represent the fundamental patterns that emerge from your dimensional scores.
Energy
Reflects capacity and physical reserves. Energized (E) indicates surplus capacity, while Recovering (R) signals conservation mode.
Clarity
Reflects mental space and cognitive load. Clear (C) indicates mental spaciousness, while Overloaded (O) signals processing complexity.
Stability
Reflects emotional regulation and rebound. Stable (S) indicates emotional groundedness, while Unsettled (U) signals emotional flux.
Connection
Reflects relational support and integration. Knitted (K) indicates strong support networks, while Isolated (I) signals relational distance.
When any axis shifts, your state shifts.
That movement is the point.
Why States, Not Traits
This system avoids fixed labels so that insight remains flexible and humane. Your results describe where you are right now. They are designed to shift as your circumstances, energy, and support systems change.
You are not a single type forever. You are a person moving through seasons, and this reflection meets you wherever you are.
“A reflection, not a verdict.
A snapshot, not a sentence.”
Understanding Your Results
How to approach what the reflection shows you.
How to Read Your Results
This reflection captures patterns from this moment only. It cannot account for your full history, context, or future.
If something does not resonate, trust your lived experience. The reflection is a guide, not an authority.
What We Do Not Do
Influences
Our thinking is informed by established ideas in wellness research, psychology, and human motivation, translated into everyday language that prioritizes accessibility and self-compassion.
This reflection is designed to support awareness, not to define you.
It meets you where you are. Nothing more is needed.
See Where
You Are Today
A few minutes of honest reflection can open a new way of understanding yourself.
