By participating in this giveaway, you agree to the following terms:

This giveaway is organised solely by MEURAKI PTE LTD ("MEURAKI").

The Bali wellness retreat experience is provided in collaboration with FLYCO and its partners. FLYCO and its partners are solely responsible for the organisation, logistics, and execution of the retreat.

MEURAKI acts only as the giveaway organiser and experience partner, and is not a travel agent, tour operator, or provider of the retreat services.

  • Open to individuals aged 18 years and above
  • Participants must complete the MEURAKI wellness quiz and provide accurate contact details
  • Participants must be available to travel during the specified retreat dates
  • Participants must be physically and medically fit to participate in wellness and physical activities

MEURAKI reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time.

To enter the giveaway:

  • Submit your WhatsApp number
  • Complete the MEURAKI 8D wellness quiz
  • Receive your wellness persona

Additional entries may be granted through sharing or referral mechanics, where applicable.

Incomplete, fraudulent, duplicate, or suspicious entries may be disqualified.

The prize consists of:

  • One (1) slot for a 4D3N Bali wellness retreat experience

The prize:

  • is non-exchangeable for cash or other alternatives
  • is subject to availability and confirmation by FLYCO
  • includes selected components such as accommodation, scheduled activities, and certain meals as determined by the organiser

👉 Any upgrades, add-ons, or additional expenses (including but not limited to room upgrades, additional activities, insurance, personal expenses, extended stays, or optional purchases) shall be borne fully by the winner

👉 MEURAKI reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative experience of similar value in the event of unforeseen circumstances

  • The prize is transferable, subject to approval by MEURAKI and FLYCO
  • The replacement participant must meet all eligibility and participation requirements

The selected winner must:

  • Attend a mandatory online group briefing on 18 April 2026 (or as communicated)
  • Be available to travel on the designated retreat dates and fixed flight schedule as arranged by the organiser
  • Confirm acceptance of the flight itinerary within the specified timeframe
  • Comply with all instructions, schedules, and requirements set by FLYCO and retreat organisers
  • Hold valid travel documents (e.g. passport with sufficient validity, visas if required)

👉 Participation in the retreat is subject to the participant’s acceptance of FLYCO’s onboarding form and terms and conditions

👉 The winner must be able to travel according to the fixed itinerary and flight schedule

👉 Requests for changes, rescheduling, or alternative arrangements may not be accommodated

👉 Failure to comply may result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected

  • The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries
  • The winner will be contacted via WhatsApp, email, or other provided contact details
  • If the winner does not respond within the specified timeframe, MEURAKI reserves the right to select an alternate winner

All decisions made by MEURAKI are final.

By participating and/or accepting the prize:

  • Participants consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded during the retreat
  • MEURAKI and FLYCO may use such content for marketing, promotional, and commercial purposes across all channels without additional compensation
  • Participants may be featured across digital platforms, social media, and promotional materials

Participants acknowledge that:

  • The retreat may include physical activities such as running, surfing, workouts, and wellness sessions
  • Participation is voluntary and undertaken at the participant’s own risk
  • Participants are responsible for assessing their own health, fitness, and suitability for participation

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • MEURAKI shall not be responsible or liable for: the organisation, delivery, or execution of the retreat; any travel arrangements, delays, cancellations, or disruptions; any injury, illness, loss, damage, or inconvenience suffered during or in connection with the retreat; acts, omissions, or negligence of FLYCO or any third-party providers
  • FLYCO and its partners are solely responsible for all retreat-related operations, services, and experiences
  • Participants agree not to hold MEURAKI liable for any claims arising from participation in the retreat
  • All retreat-related activities, risks, and liabilities are governed by FLYCO’s terms and conditions, which shall prevail in the event of any conflict
  • The prize is provided on an “as-is” basis and MEURAKI makes no representations or warranties regarding the experience
  • MEURAKI shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation

Participants are responsible for:

  • Securing valid travel documents (passport, visas if required)
  • Obtaining valid travel insurance covering medical expenses, accidents, and trip-related risks (mandatory)
  • Complying with local laws and regulations
  • Covering any personal expenses not included in the prize

👉 Travel arrangements, insurance facilitation, and operational logistics are managed by FLYCO and its appointed providers

👉 Proof of travel insurance may be required prior to participation
